Choose the package that fits your situation. Every contract runs for twelve months and includes four preventive maintenance visits per year for the air conditioners registered in the contract.

Payment terms and discounts
- Monthly in advance — no discount
- Quarterly in advance — 3% discount
- Half-yearly in advance — 7% discount
- Full year in advance — 10% discount
Good to know
- Twelve-month term. The contract is not renewed automatically.
- The final price per air conditioner is set after the initial inspection and depends on factors such as the number of units, capacity, location and accessibility.
- VRF systems and central units fall outside these packages. We issue a separate quotation for those.
- Discount percentage on parts for Silver and Gold: to be determined.
- Coverage percentage and maximum amounts per fault and per contract year for Gold: to be determined.
- Response time under priority (Gold): to be determined. Priority means priority in scheduling and is not a guarantee that a fault can be resolved immediately.
- Call-out fee for absence or cancellation within 24 hours: to be determined.
- Whether the price includes or excludes VAT: to be determined.
- Prices in USD. Payment in SRD is made at the exchange rate stated on the invoice.
- Maintenance applies solely to the air conditioners registered in Annex 1 of the contract.
